Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before payment. Free shipping may be available on selected products and offers.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
• Other Cities: 3–7 business days
• Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email, mobile number, or WhatsApp.

5. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post.

6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery 2–3 times. If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, the order may be returned.

7. Delays in Delivery

Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

Please report damaged or missing items within 48 hours of delivery along with product photographs.

9. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
